The morning: preparations and logistics
The day starts with make-up and hair scheduled with time to spare - a rushed morning echoes through the whole day. In parallel, the hall is decorated, the flower and cake deliveries arrive and the suppliers' work is coordinated. It is best when a coordinator watches over this, not the couple or their parents. The ceremony and the entrance to the hall
The ceremony at, say, 3:00–3:30 pm, then the congratulations, followed by the walk or drive to the hall. The couple's entrance and the toast are usually planned for 4:30–5:00 pm, with dinner served right after, while the guests are full of emotion but hungry. If the ceremony takes place outdoors on site, this whole block shortens by up to an hour - no transfers is one of the greatest advantages of a wedding under one address.
The afternoon: dinner, cake, the first attractions
After dinner comes the first dance and the opening of the party, and the cake is usually cut around 9:00–10:00 pm. The key is rhythm: interleaving food, dancing and attractions so guests never settle in for good or lose energy before the real part of the evening.

In the evening, serving the next courses roughly every 2.5 hours, in the rhythm of the party, works well - plus a night buffet after midnight for the famished dancers. The intervals follow the energy of the room: the kitchen and the music should play as one team. Plan the last song, but do not believe in it: good weddings usually have several “last” songs, and that is precisely the sign of a great party.
