This matters, because a small celebration in too large a hall loses its mood - tables get lost in the space and the dance floor stands empty. Here the scale is matched to an intimate group, so even a small reception looks full and festive. During the tour we'll help judge whether the Moonlight Hall suits your guest count, or whether the larger ballroom would be better.
For which occasions. The Moonlight Hall works wonderfully for intimate weddings, communions, christenings and first-birthday parties, 18th birthdays, anniversaries, wedding anniversaries, adult birthdays and smaller family and company gatherings. We flexibly adapt the table layout and menu to the character of the occasion - from an elegant seated dinner to a relaxed buffet reception. Whatever the reason for the gathering, we want the interior to underline the uniqueness of the moment, and the service to let the hosts enjoy the celebration instead of watching over organisational details all evening.
An atmospheric interior and decorations. The Moonlight Hall's strength is its atmosphere - warm light and a cosy interior are decoration in themselves, so there's no need to spend a fortune filling the space. Delicate floral arrangements, candles and a coherent palette are enough to create an elegant, intimate mood. We'll gladly advise on choosing decorations and work with trusted florists from around Leszno. This way the setting looks coherent both in photos and in reality, and you needn't worry about the logistics of deliveries or setup on the day of the reception.
A menu from our own kitchen. Receptions in the Moonlight Hall are catered by the Restaurant Toscania kitchen, so dishes come out fresh and hot, with no outside catering. We compose the menu individually, taking into account the character of the celebration and guests' preferences - including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and separate options for children. Desserts and cakes we prepare in our own patisserie. For smaller receptions a tasting dinner works particularly well, or a carefully chosen seated menu in which every plate is refined and the waiting staff have time to attend to details and each guest's comfort.
Accommodation for guests. Above the halls are 24 comfortable rooms, so guests coming from further away can conveniently stay on site and not worry about a night-time journey home. This is especially handy for family celebrations that draw loved ones from different cities - in the morning everyone meets for a shared breakfast, and the day can be gently extended with a walk in the garden. We help plan the rooms around the guest list, so that families and older guests are closest to the hall and most comfortable.
Getting here and parking near Leszno. Hotel Toscania lies in Włoszakowice, about 20-25 minutes from Leszno and within reach of Poznań and Wrocław, and a few kilometres further are Boszkowo and Lake Dominickie. A large, free car park right by the property means guests arrive stress-free and don't circle looking for a space. The garden and the outdoor part. Although the Moonlight Hall is intimate, it uses the same garden as larger receptions.
