Room bookings. Rooms are best booked directly - by phone or e-mail. We will check availability, recommend a room type (standard, single, suite, extra bed for a child) and quote current prices. Booking direct is free of intermediary commissions and lets you settle the details of your stay: arrival times, breakfast or family needs. For groups and wedding stays we help plan the room allocation against your guest list.

A table at the restaurant. Book a table for lunch, dinner or a family gathering by calling reception. It is worth calling ahead, especially for weekends and Sundays - the restaurant's busiest time. When booking, tell us about diets and the occasion: we will prepare the table so the visit is a success, and for special occasions we can suggest a dessert from our own patisserie or a wine for dinner.

Weddings, events, conferences. Weddings, company events and conferences are handled by our event coordinator - she will show you around the halls and garden, and agree the menu, technical set-up and accommodation for your guests. It is best to call or write with an approximate date and number of guests, and we will prepare an initial proposal and quote. Tours can also be arranged at weekends, when it is easiest to see the halls being set up.

Family celebrations. First Communions, christenings, first birthdays, birthdays, 18ths and prom balls each have their dedicated contact numbers - so you talk to the person who organises such celebrations every day. Tell us the occasion, the number of guests and the date, and we will suggest a hall, a menu and the setting. Communion and prom dates cluster around specific weekends, so it pays to call early.

Two addresses, one place. Hotel Toscania is at ul. Spokojna 4a, and Toscania Restaurant at ul. K. Kurpińskiego 24 - both addresses in Włoszakowice (64-140), within the same complex. The entrance and free car park are signposted; from the car park it is a short walk to reception, the restaurant and the halls. Set your GPS to Włoszakowice and follow the signs.

Directions from Leszno, Poznań and Wrocław. From Leszno it takes 20-25 minutes, from Poznań about an hour and a quarter, similarly from Wrocław - Włoszakowice lies on convenient routes, on the edge of the Przemęt Landscape Park. A few kilometres away are Boszkowo and Lake Dominickie. The large car park also takes coaches, which makes arrivals easy for wedding, prom and conference groups.

Hours and response times. The hotel reception is open around the clock for guests, while event matters are handled on working days during office hours - detailed contact hours are listed next to each number above. We usually reply to e-mails and the form within one working day. If the matter is urgent, it is best to call - you will avoid waiting and we can settle the details right away.

Before you call. When booking a celebration, it helps to have: an approximate date (or a few options), the number of guests and the nature of the event. For accommodation - dates, number of guests and room preferences. With this information the call takes a few minutes, and we can prepare a concrete proposal straight away.
