Two wedding halls in one venue. The ballroom is our largest space - with a big dance floor, room for the band's stage and a flexible table layout, ideal for grand weddings and receptions of over a hundred guests. The Moonlight Hall is intimate and atmospheric, created for smaller, more intimate celebrations of up to several dozen guests. Both are air-conditioned and open directly onto the garden, so the party flows smoothly between the dance floor and the greenery. An outdoor civil ceremony. The ceremony can be held outdoors, amid the greenery of the Przemęt Landscape Park, with the reception just steps away - no transfers between church, restaurant and hotel. We help with the registry office formalities and prepare the ceremony site: chairs for the guests, the aisle and the sound system. In case of bad weather we always have an indoor variant ready, which we can activate even on the wedding day, keeping the decorations and the flow. That way you decide on the ceremony spot calmly, watching the forecast rather than the calendar.

A signature wedding menu and tasting. Weddings are catered by Toscania Restaurant's own kitchen - dishes come out fresh and hot, with no catering trucked in from outside. The menu is composed seasonally and together with the couple at a tasting, where you try the main courses and settle the vegetarian and gluten-free options plus a separate kids' menu. Cakes and the sweet table come from our own patisserie. This model guarantees that the plate tastes as good as it looks in the photos, and guests with different diets feel looked after - with no side table set apart.

Accommodation for guests and the after-party. Above the halls there are 24 comfortable rooms, so wedding guests sleep under the same roof where they celebrate - nobody hunts for a taxi or a designated driver at night. In the morning, breakfast flows smoothly into the after-party, usually held as a feast: a barbecue and buffet in the garden. We help plan who stays overnight and who commutes, and we allocate rooms so that families and older guests are closest to the hall. This solves the biggest logistical problem of a wedding with out-of-town guests.

Easy access near Leszno. Hotel Toscania lies in Włoszakowice, about 20-25 minutes from Leszno and within reach of Poznań and Wrocław, making it a convenient base for guests from all over Greater Poland. A few kilometres away are Boszkowo and the beaches of Lake Dominickie - guests staying longer can combine the wedding with a short break by the water. The free, well-lit car park right by the hall means nobody circles around in the evening looking for a space or arrives late for the ceremony - a real problem at city venues.

Space for the youngest too. A wedding at Toscania is family-friendly - the venue is surrounded by a garden, and the grounds feature a mini zoo and a playground, giving children a world of their own while parents enjoy the party to the very end. We prepare a separate menu for the youngest guests, and a play corner lets them take a break from the hall. The surrounding greenery also makes a natural setting for a golden-hour photo session and for evening attractions: lanterns, a chill-out zone or a light show just steps from the dance floor.

Dates and booking. The most popular Saturdays of the wedding season book up well in advance, so it is worth securing your date even a year or more ahead, especially if you care about a specific day. Booking is simple: we arrange a tour of the halls and garden, agree the package scope, the menu and the number of rooms, and then confirm the date with a contract. We stay in touch at every stage, and on the wedding day a coordinator watches over the flow, so the couple and their family can be guests at their own party.
