Conference rooms where you really get things done

Three spaces of different scale. Available are a 180 m² conference hall with movable walls (layouts up to 180 people), a prestigious 460 m² banquet hall for large conferences and galas up to 400 people, and two intimate meeting rooms (12-40 people) for meetings and workshops. This way one place handles both a small training and a large congress, and we match the space to the number of participants and the event format.

Flexible room layouts. We arrange the rooms in a theatre, classroom, workshop or horseshoe layout - depending on the aim of the meeting. Movable walls let you divide and combine the space, for example for parallel workshops and a shared plenary session. We settle the setup, the number of seats and the break area before the event, so the facilitator has good contact with the group and the agenda runs smoothly and on time.

Multimedia facilities. We equip the rooms with a projector or screen, sound system, power access and fast Wi-Fi, and before the start we help with a tech rehearsal. Well-prepared equipment is the basis of a smooth conference - participants see and hear the presenter and materials display without disruption. We settle technical requirements in advance and, if needed, advise additional solutions matched to the character of the event.

Catering from our own kitchen. Coffee breaks and lunches are prepared by the Restaurant Toscania kitchen, so the food is fresh and served on schedule. We set the rhythm of breaks together, and the menu keeps the group's energy up and accounts for diets. Being able to eat on site, with no trips to a restaurant, saves time and orders the flow of the conference day, which for larger groups has real organisational significance.

Accommodation for groups. For conferences and off-site trainings, 24 rooms on site let participants stay where they meet. In the evening they use the restaurant and garden, and in the morning they start the sessions rested, after a breakfast that's included. For larger events we help arrange accommodation nearby and evening team-building, so the whole logistics of the stay remain under one roof and are convenient for the organiser.

Team-building and company events. Beyond conferences we organise company events, festive evenings and team-building - from banquets, through cooking workshops, to outdoor games and a barbecue in the garden. Flexible rooms and the outdoor space let you combine the substantive part with the entertainment part. It's a good solution for companies that want to close a training and an evening of team-building in one place, without moving the team between locations.

Quiet and access near Leszno. Włoszakowice is about 20-25 minutes from Leszno, within reach of Poznań and Wrocław, with a large free car park, also for coaches. An out-of-town location means fewer distractions, punctual participants and breaks in the garden instead of a corridor. For many organisers it's precisely this quiet that decides the choice of a place out of town, aiding concentration and the effectiveness of the whole event.
