A wedding hall on a grand scale

Capacity and a flexible table layout. The ballroom comfortably hosts large weddings of over a hundred people, and we adapt its layout to the character of the reception - from a classic setup with round tables, through a banquet, to long feasting tables. The floor space fits the tables, a spacious dance floor, a stage for the band and a sweet table without feeling cramped. We prepare the room plan together, for your specific guest list, so that waiter service flows smoothly and guests don't crowd in the aisles. During the tour we'll show the hall in a layout close to your wedding, so you can see how much room really remains for the dance floor and the party.

A large dance floor and a stage for the band. At the heart of the hall is a large dance floor, and right beside it room for a full stage for the band or a DJ console together with sound facilities. It's a space designed so the party lasts till dawn - with comfortable room for the first dance, artistic performances and shared revelry without limits. A big dance floor matters especially with more guests: even when dozens of couples dance at once, no one waits their turn. We set the lighting and sound together with your music team so the production matches the style of the reception.

Air conditioning and comfort all year round. The hall is fully air-conditioned, so the temperature stays pleasant regardless of the season or the heat of the party. In summer guests don't swelter on the dance floor on hot evenings, and in winter the interior warms up quickly and holds the heat - a comfort especially appreciated during hours-long receptions in the peak wedding season. Good ventilation also means less tiredness for guests and a longer, livelier party. This lets you plan a ballroom wedding for any month, without worrying about the weather, and treat the outdoor part of the reception as a pleasant bonus rather than a condition for a successful day.

Access to the garden and the outdoor part. Direct access to the garden extends the reception space far beyond the walls of the hall. Evening toasts under the open sky, a relaxation zone, a photo corner, a cigar lounge or a light show are set up a few steps from the dance floor, amid the greenery of the Przemęt Landscape Park. On hot nights the garden becomes a natural extension of the party, and guests happily step outside between courses. The same space works beautifully for an outdoor civil ceremony and for the next-day 'poprawiny' in a barbecue-and-buffet format. The greenery around is also a ready backdrop for a golden-hour photo shoot, with no need to hide buildings or the car park.

Our own kitchen and wedding menu. Weddings in the ballroom are catered by the Restaurant Toscania kitchen, so dishes come out fresh and hot, straight from the property, with no catering brought in from outside. We compose the menu seasonally and together with the couple during a tasting, where you try the main courses, assess the presentation and settle vegetarian, gluten-free and separate kids' menus. Cakes, desserts and the sweet table we prepare in our patisserie. This model guarantees that the plate tastes as good as it looks in the photos, and guests with different diets feel looked after, without a separate table set aside from the reception.

Accommodation for guests and the next-day party. Above the ballroom are 24 comfortable rooms, so the whole wedding can sleep under the same roof where it celebrates - no one hunts for a taxi or a sober driver at night. In the morning breakfast flows smoothly into the 'poprawiny', which we most often hold in a relaxed, feasting format: a barbecue and buffet in the garden. We help plan who stays on site and who commutes, and assign rooms so that families and older guests are closest to the hall. This solves the biggest logistical problem of any wedding with guests coming from outside the region.

Getting here, parking and when to choose the ballroom. Włoszakowice is about 20-25 minutes from Leszno, within reach of Poznań and Wrocław, and a few kilometres further are Boszkowo and the beaches of Lake Dominickie. A large, free and lit car park right by the hall means guests don't circle in the evening looking for a space or arrive late to the ceremony. The ballroom is best for larger, prestigious receptions that need scale, a big dance floor and a stage. Prom balls, banquets and company events. Although the ballroom most often hosts weddings, it works just as well for prom balls, charity balls, grand anniversaries and company galas and banquets. The large dance floor and stage let you combine the formal part with dancing, and the catering facilities handle both a formal seated dinner and a buffet for several hundred people. For organisers we prepare flexible table layouts, technical support and coordination help, so one interior answers very different event scenarios throughout the year.

How to book a date. Booking the ballroom starts with contact and a tour - we show the hall and garden, talk about the possible layouts and together settle the scope of the package, the menu and the number of rooms. The most popular Saturdays of the wedding season book far ahead, often a year or more, so if a particular date matters to you, it's worth getting in touch early. Once the details are set, we confirm the date with a contract, and on the wedding day a coordinator oversees the proceedings - so the couple and family can simply be guests at their own reception.
